It is possible for the contents of the site to have typographical errors, inaccuracies data or omissions for the item descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please feel free to contact us for more detail.


Limitation and Rights of Refusal
Due to the quick turnovers of certain items, DyTac, reserves the right at any time to amend the number of certain products that you have purchased. If that is the case, we will contact you directly and provide you with different options available at that time. We will try our best to fulfill your order request. However, in all circumstances, DyTac reserves the final decision to refuse any order.


Changes to Terms and Conditions
DyTac reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this User Agreement, or any policy of the Site, at any time without prior notice. Any changes or modifications to this User Agreement or policy will take immediate effect upon posting of the revisions. Please review this User Agreement and any other applicable policies periodically in order to understand the terms and conditions that apply.


TERMS OF USE
- By placing an order you certify that you are at least 18 years old and are the owner of the credit card or PayPal account used to purchase items on this website. You also recognize that you agree with and understand DyTac’s terms and conditions
- Do not display or expose any airsoft gun (replica firearm) in a public place. The term "public place" refers to an area open to the public or exposed to public view regardless of property ownership
- Customers are responsible for well acquainted with all local regulations regarding the use and/or ownership of airsoft guns or any products sold on DyTac's website
- DyTac products are intended for use with airsoft guns only. Use of products for any other purpose is not recommended by DyTac
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone 
- (For customers from the USA) All airsoft guns are required, by law, to have an orange tip flash hider or the tip (1/4 inch) of the barrel permanently colored in orange. Removal of the orange tip flash hider will void any warranty
- (For customers from California) According to the SB199 in California, A BB device that is an airsoft gun that expels a projectile, such as a BB or pellet, that is 6mm or 8mm caliber which meets the following:
(A) If the airsoft gun is configured as a handgun, in addition to the blaze orange ring on the barrel required by federal law, the airsoft gun has a trigger guard that has fluorescent coloration over the entire guard, and there is a two centimeter wide adhesive band around the circumference of the protruding pistol grip that has fluorescent coloration.
(B) If the airsoft gun is configured as a rifle or long gun, in addition to the blaze orange ring on the barrel required by federal law, the airsoft gun has a trigger guard that has fluorescent coloration over the entire guard, and there is a two centimeter wide adhesive band with fluorescent coloring around the circumference of any two of the following: 
(i) The protruding pistol grip.
(ii) The buttstock.
(iii) A protruding ammunition magazine or clip.
Removal of the coloring will void any warranty

PAYMENT METHOD
- DyTac accepts all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) through PayPal as payment. All orders are billed upon completion of the online checkout
- All orders paid for with PayPal will be held from processing until the payment has cleared
- We do not accept will call or mail-in orders
- The customer is responsible for all taxes

GLOBAL SHIPPING POLICY
- DyTac will accept international orders from most countries. Customs restrictions and conditions will determine whether shipping is permitted to a certain country. We recommend that all international customers contact their local Law Enforcement or Customs Agency to get information about any laws, restrictions, and fees for airsoft products before placing an order
- Import of airsoft guns is prohibited in some countries, such as Australia, Mainland China, Singapore, Netherlands, and Denmark. If your country is not shown above, please contact for more information about our shipping service.
- All prices stated are in US dollars (USD) 
- Customer is responsible for knowing and well acquainted with all local and government regulations regarding importation, ownership and safe use of products sold by DyTac and its websites
- Customer is responsible for all taxes and tariffs on products sold by DyTac and its websites
- DyTac is not responsible for any packages that are abandoned, seized, or denied entry by any Customs officials or airport authorities
- Customer is responsible for all transportation fees and charges on any packages returned to sender. Fees and charges will be deducted from refunds processed upon arrival of package
- No refunds or credits will be issued on abandoned packages. Abandoned means that your package was discarded because either the merchant/purchaser and/or Customs Agent/Agency denied entry or refused acceptance of the package
- We request up to 10 business days to process and ship all normal international orders
- Delivery dates are not guaranteed due to required importation and customs inspections
- DyTac offers shipping orders to customers partial if they desire, but they must request this action and agree to the partial shipping policy. If you wish to have your order shipped partial please make note of it on your order, in-stock items will ship ASAP, and out of stock items will be placed on a second order, this order will be placed with the information from your first order, and you will receive an email notification with all the information for that order. Agreement to partial shipment of orders implies that you accept the fact that you will pay shipping charges each time we send you a box, and it implies that you agree to let the DyTac staff place a second order using your information.
- DyTac reserves the right to refuse or charge additional shipping, taxes and brokerage fees resulting from an unauthorized return. An unauthorized return is any package returned without authorization from DyTac
- All Airsoft guns can't be shipped to APO/FPO addresses.
- DyTac will correspond with all international customers via email regarding any questions, problems or issues with an existing order

CHANGES AND CANCELLATION POLICY
- DyTac will only accept changes to orders within 3 business days of receipt of order, no exceptions. To request or make changes, please contact us through the contact form here. Please reference your order ID# in your form
- Order cannot be changed or canceled while it is being prepared or once it is shipped
- In any cases of changes and cancellation, a 10% handling fee of the total item prices would be charged.
- Shipping cost will not be refunded if the order is shipped

RETURN POLICY
- At DyTac we aspire to provide exceptional service and support to our customers. We understand that not every purchase made from our website will be a flawless fit for every customer. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with a product that you purchased at our online store, you will have 5 days from the date of receipt of order to request a return for refund or exchange with no restocking fee (exclusions apply, see below).

  • All merchandise being returned MUST be in Brand New condition. Meaning item has no signs of use or attempted use, modifications or signs of attempted modification (for example, removal or modification of internal and external parts), and items are returned with all included accessories, merchandise tags, factory stickers, and logos still attached, and factory packaging is fully intact.
    - Any merchandise that is reported and/or determined to not be in this condition will not be granted return authorization.
    - Before shipping back any items for return, you must first receive the return authorization. A return request can be initiated by sending us an email through the contact form.
    - Customers will receive an email from the RMA Department authorizing you to return items. An RMA number will be provided along with return instructions that need to be carefully followed. 
    Please DO NOT send any returns back without an RMA number from DyTac. Any packages received without return authorization or an RMA number will be refused and disposed of.
    DyTac will authorize returns for refund or exchange under the agreement from customer that all items being returned are in brand new and unused condition
    - All items received will be inspected by the RMA Department to ensure items are qualified with the brand new and unused condition standard as required by DyTac and agreed upon by the customer
    - DyTac maintains full rights in determining the condition of merchandise; if it is in brand new and unused condition, and therefore, is restock-able and resell-able. Any merchandise determined to not be in this condition will be subject to the following open box fees:

1) 15% open box fee
In brand new and unused condition with no signs of attempted use or modification; but retail packaging is received in the unsatisfactory condition that would not make the item restock.
Meaning manufacturer sealed packagings have been disabled or removed and/or the packaging has signs of damage such as warping, water damage, is ripped, torn, has holes, or has shipping labels attached directly onto retail packaging.

2) 30% open box fee
Have signs of use or attempted use, modification or signs of attempted modification (i.e. removal of orange tip flash hider, installation of internal and external parts), accessory items included in packaging have been used.

Terms & Exclusions:
- No returns on any Gift items, Mystery Boxes, Wholesale or Discounted purchases.
- DyTac maintains full rights in determining the condition of merchandise.
- Open-box fees will be automatically applied upon receipt and inspection of items by the RMA Department.
- DyTac reserves the right to refuse and/or deny any return for refund or exchange for any item that is determined to be used, damaged, altered, modified, or is in any condition that would deem the item to be not restock-able or resell-able.

This return policy is only applicable to "BRAND NEW" and “UN-USED” items. If you are encountering any problems or issues (defects, failure, damage) with an item you received, it will be covered under our warranty policy. All merchandise, unless otherwise stated, that are sold on our website or any of our retail stores will be covered under a 5-day warranty. Please refer to the warranty policy for more details.

WARRANTY POLICY
We know it is very frustrating when you encounter an issue with a product that you have just received. It is our goal to ensure that we take care of any issues as expeditiously and efficiently as possible. If you are experiencing problems with a product that you purchased from DyTac, you may contact our Customer Service Department via email during our regular business hours (10:00 am - 7:00 pm GMT+8, Monday - Friday) to help troubleshoot your issues. Please provide as much information possible for the Customer Service Representative to help. Many cases are easily resolved over the live chat with basic troubleshooting assistance by our staff.

  • The warranty policy applies to any purchase made through DyTac retail website. We offer a 5 days return warranty for factory defective items ( Excluding any damages caused by other factors) upon the date of arrival at your shipping address
    - You must contact DyTac via the contact form in case you need to return your item for warranty
    - DyTac reserves the right to refuse or charge additional shipping, taxes and brokerage fees resulting from an unauthorized warranty return. An unauthorized warranty return is any package returned without authorization from DyTac
    - Please DO NOT send any returns back without prior authorization from the RMA Department and the proper documentation.
    - All warranty claims must be returned through our RMA process.
    - All merchandise purchased from DyTac which will be covered under the DyTac warranty policy for 5 days.
    - At our discretion, DyTac reserves the right to determine which cases are fit to be authorized for warranty processing.
    - The warranty only covers manufacturer "defects", not user error.
    - Customers are responsible for ALL the shipping charges for the warranty policy
    - Any false information is used to obtain RMA authorization will result in denial upon inspection once the product is received.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS:
-       Use of improper sub-standard BBs
-       Improper use/abuse/neglect
-       Unauthorized/Illegal modifications
-       Tactical Gear with wear and tear
-       Battery and chargers


STRICT MAP POLICY
Products marked with MAP Policy have a strict minimum advertised price set by the manufacturer, no additional discount is allowed.
Coupons cannot be used for Products marked with MAP.
